Zentrofy is a technology-driven platform that connects customers with premium ground transportation. We enable convenient access to:

  • Transfers – Pre-arranged rides such as airport pickups, hotel transfers, and intercity trips.
  • Hourly Chauffeur – Flexible time-based bookings with professional drivers.

Each booking may be made as either:

  • On-Demand Ride – Immediate pickup request.
  • Scheduled Ride – Advance reservation for a chosen date and time.

Eligibility

To use Zentrofy, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have legal capacity to enter into contracts.
  • Provide accurate and current account details.
  • Take full responsibility for all activities under your account.

Service Descriptions

Transfers

Designed for direct point-to-point travel (e.g., airports, hotels, intercity routes).

  • 15 minutes complimentary waiting at standard pickup points.
  • 60 minutes complimentary waiting for airport pickups.
  • All fares are fixed, transparent, and inclusive of VAT, fuel, and tolls.

Extra fees may apply for:

  • Exceeding free waiting time.
  • Additional stops or change of route.
  • Oversized luggage requiring a larger vehicle.

Hourly Chauffeur

Time-based car hire with a professional driver. Ideal for events, business meetings, or day-to-day errands.

  • Minimum booking: 3 hours
  • Maximum booking: 14 hours
  • Travel within the same city without mileage limits

Additional fees apply for:

  • Travel beyond the pickup city
  • Extended hours beyond the original booking
  • Long idle periods or excessive waiting

Booking Options

On-Demand Ride

  • Average driver arrival: 30–60 minutes
  • If no driver is confirmed within 60 minutes, booking is automatically cancelled with a full refund
  • Cancellation after driver dispatch may result in charges

Scheduled Ride

  • Must be reserved at least 1 hour in advance
  • Free modification or cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur charges

User Obligations

  • Keep login credentials secure.
  • Be ready at the pickup location at the confirmed time.
  • Use the service lawfully and responsibly.
  • Refrain from smoking, consuming illegal substances, or damaging the vehicle.
  • Seat belts are mandatory for all passengers.

Pricing & Payments

  • Fares are displayed upfront before confirmation.
  • Prices include VAT, tolls, fuel, and complimentary waiting time.
  • Additional charges apply for overtime, extra stops, or city-to-city extensions.
  • Accepted payment methods: cash, card, and approved digital wallets.
  • Digital receipts are issued upon trip completion.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Zentrofy strives to make every ride reliable, but we understand plans may change. The following policy applies:

User Cancellations

  • On-Demand Rides: Free cancellation within 5 minutes, provided no driver has been dispatched.
  • Scheduled Rides: Free if cancelled 24 hours before pickup.
  • Late cancellations may result in charges.

Zentrofy Cancellations

If we cannot fulfill your booking (e.g., no driver available), the trip will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Refunds

  • Processed to the original payment method.
  • May take 5–10 business days depending on the bank/payment provider.
  • No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations beyond the grace period.
  • Refund disputes must be reported within 48 hours of ride completion.

Limitation of Liability

  • Zentrofy acts as a booking platform, not the transport provider itself.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or third-party disruptions.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the booking in question.
  • We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

Updates to Terms

Zentrofy may revise its services, features, or these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of major updates via email, website, or app. Continued use of Zentrofy constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zentrofy operates. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
